Privacy policy
Last updated October 29, 2026
jojoSolve (jojosolve.com) and its games, including jojoPhysics, are made by Platform Trim LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we”, “us”). They're made for children and their families, so they're built to collect as little as possible. This policy explains what that means.
The short version
- We don't collect personal information from children, or from anyone who just visits or plays.
- Progress, saved machines, settings and the chosen jojo stay in the browser on the device you play on. They aren't sent to us.
- No accounts, no ads, no cookies from us, no analytics or tracking scripts, and nothing about how anyone plays is sent anywhere.
- We only receive personal information when a grown-up chooses to give it to us: by emailing us, or by supporting jojoSolve through Stripe.
- We never sell or share personal information for advertising.
Children's privacy
jojoSolve is made for children. We don't ask children for personal information, and the games don't send any. A name a child types for their jojo stays on their device.
Emailing us and supporting jojoSolve are for grown-ups. Supporting starts with a grown-up question. If we learn that a child has sent us personal information, for example in an email, we delete it, and reply only to ask that a parent or guardian writes to us instead. A parent or guardian who believes their child has sent us information can ask us to delete it at support@platformtrim.com or by phone at 866-565-6094.
A parent's rights. If we ever hold personal information from your child, you can ask us to show you what it is, to delete it, and to stop collecting or using any more. We never ask a child for more than we need, and playing jojoSolve never depends on giving us anything. To ask, email support@platformtrim.com or call 866-565-6094. To be sure we're talking with the child's parent or guardian, we answer only by the email address or phone number you contact us from, and we may ask something only you would know, such as when and how your child wrote to us. We answer within 30 days.
What stays on your device
The games keep their progress in the browser's own storage on your device (IndexedDB and local storage): saved machines, best times, settings, the chosen jojo and its name. This is needed for the game to work, and it isn't sent to us or anyone else. A copy is also kept so the game plays offline. You can remove all of it by clearing this site's data in your browser. A backup file you save from Settings is a copy you keep; it goes wherever you put it.
What we receive, and why
- If you email us: your email address and what you write. We use it only to reply and to help, and we don't add anyone to a mailing list. We keep messages for up to 12 months after the last reply, then delete them.
- If you support jojoSolve: the payment is taken by Stripe, on Stripe's own page. We never see or store card details. Stripe tells us the supporter's name, email address, country, what they chose and the amount, so we can keep records, answer questions and give refunds. We keep these records for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax (usually up to 7 years).
We don't use this information for advertising or profiling, and we don't sell it or share it with anyone except the service providers below.
Our service providers
- Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any web host, it handles the address your device connects from (your IP address) to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks, and it may keep it briefly in its logs. It gives us totals, such as how many visits, from which countries and at what times. We see those totals, not who visited. See Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Stripe takes payments for supporting, and may act as the seller of record. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
- Our email provider holds the messages sent to support@platformtrim.com.
Cookies and similar technology
We don't set cookies. The only storage the site uses is the game's own progress on your device, described above. Stripe's checkout page, which is Stripe's site, not ours, uses its own cookies.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We don't track visitors across sites or sell personal information, so there's nothing for those signals to switch off. We treat them as respected either way.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to give you a copy, to correct it or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to our using it. Depending on where you live (for example California, other US states, the UK or the EU), the law gives you these rights and others, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. Write to support@platformtrim.com. We may need to confirm it's you before acting, and we'll answer within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for asking.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we use your information to reply to you and to handle your support because you asked us to (or to carry out the purchase), and to keep records because the law requires it. Cloudflare handles visits to deliver and protect the site, which is our legitimate interest.
Where information is kept
We're based in the United States, and the information we receive is kept there. Our providers may handle it in other countries, under their own safeguards for international transfers.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, loads nothing from other websites, and keeps no database of visitors. Payments happen on Stripe's page, never ours.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top. If a change affects what we collect, we'll say so on the homepage too.
