Terms of service

These terms cover jojosolve.com and its games, including jojoPhysics (together, “jojoSolve”), made by Platform Trim LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By using jojoSolve you agree to them. If a child is playing, the parent or guardian agrees to them on the child's behalf.

Playing is free

Every game, puzzle and theme is free to play, with no ads and nothing to unlock with money. You don't need an account. Your progress is kept on your device, so if the device's browser data is cleared or the device is lost, progress can be lost too; a backup file from Settings is the copy that lasts. We may change, add or remove games, puzzles and features over time.

Using jojoSolve fairly

Please don't: try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site or its servers; copy, resell or republish the games or their content; use automated tools to scrape the site; or use it in any way that breaks the law. We may block access to anyone who does.

Supporting jojoSolve

• For grown-ups only. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to support jojoSolve, and use a payment method you're allowed to use.
• What it is. Supporting is a voluntary payment, once or every month, that helps keep jojoSolve free. As a thank-you, supporters get cosmetic extras in the games, such as a golden basketball, a supporter theme and a crown for your jojo. They change how things look, never how the puzzles play. Supporting doesn't unlock puzzles or give any other advantage.
• Price. The amount is shown before you pay, including any taxes, and charged in the currency shown.
• Payment. Payments are taken by Stripe on its own checkout page, and Stripe may act as the seller of record. Stripe's terms also apply to the payment. We never see your card details.
• The thank-you is yours to keep. It's given once your payment goes through, and stays when monthly support stops.

Monthly support

Monthly support renews automatically each month, charged to the same payment method, until you stop it. You can stop it at any time from the link on the support page (jojosolve.com/support/), or by emailing support@platformtrim.com. Stopping ends future payments; the month already paid for isn't charged again, and the thank-you stays.

Refunds

If a payment was a mistake (for example, a child used a grown-up's card, or you were charged twice), email support@platformtrim.com within 14 days and we'll refund it in full. We can also refund in other cases at our discretion. This doesn't limit any refund rights the law gives you where you live.

Our content

The games, puzzles, characters (including jojo), artwork, sounds, text and code are owned by Platform Trim LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You can play and enjoy them, and share links to the site; anything more needs our permission. jojo is a fictional character.

If you believe something on jojoSolve infringes your copyright, send a notice with your contact details, the work and where it appears on the site, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised, and your signature, to support@platformtrim.com or by post to Platform Trim LLC, 2125 Biscayne Blvd, Ste 204 #28117, Miami, FL 33137, United States.

Links to other sites

Some links, such as Stripe's checkout, go to sites we don't run. Their own terms and policies apply there.

No warranty

jojoSolve is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows. See also our disclaimer.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Platform Trim LLC won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of jojoSolve, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you haven't paid anything. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before bringing any claim, please email us first so we can try to sort it out. Any claim that isn't resolved goes to the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and we agree to bring claims only individually, not as part of a class or representative action, to the extent the law allows. If you live outside the US, you keep any protections your local consumer law gives you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date, and for important changes we'll say so on the homepage. Continuing to use jojoSolve after a change means you accept it. Changes never apply to a payment already made.

Everything else

If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we haven't given it up. These terms, with our privacy policy and disclaimer, are the whole agreement between you and us about jojoSolve.
